De Montfort Hall

Granville Road

Leicester's premier music venue, of regional significance, attracting international acts of the standard of Pat Metheny, Hugh Masekela, Julian Joseph, Herbie Hancock, and Taj Mahal. Also presents a very fine World Music program, along with classical and popular programmes.

Phoenix Arts

The Newarke

Occasionally presents nationally known acts, e.g. Tommy Smith and Joanne Brackeen. An interesting program of world and folk music, film, dance, and workshops.

The bar presents Sunday lunchtime modern and traditional jazz and blues.

Café Bruxelles

High Street

Monday night restaurant duo jazz with Andy Nichols on tenor sax and a roster of fine accompanists.

The Musician

Clyde Street - turn off Humberstone Gate by The Academy of Sound.

The first, third, and fifth Tuesday of each month hosts Traditional Jazz.

Every Wednesday hosts Some Like It Hot - modern jazz and Latin. We run a jam session on the last Wednesday of every month.
